Even though I have had some negative experiences with IKEA in the last few weeks (online ordering in general, no delivery possible, long waiting times), I want to break a lance for the furniture store. Today I was not only able to cancel an online order (from the beginning of January) without any problems and promptly - I also practiced Click & Collect for the first time: It went amazingly well, was well organized and actually super convenient. I wouldn't have thought that at all. And even if a service fee of 10 euros appears to be quite high, I think a pandemic-driven alternative program is definitely right here!
2 out of 3 products were not where they should on the large shelves. Besides, it was full like anywhere else.
Super well organized. Our cupboard collection was done in 10 minutes with recharge.
Great organization from C&C, especially in the current situation. We received our order within five minutes without any problems. I can only recommend.
10 EUR fee if I go and get the things; 4.90 EUR if I have it sent. And sending it takes about 4 weeks. How bad is that .....? Result: Then nothing bought ... ;-)

Despite kitchen planning (Ikea online) I was given the wrong drawer at Click & Collect. So I went back a few days later and went to the kitchen information desk for advice. Another completely wrong drawer was recommended to me. Unfortunately I have to go there a third time. Otherwise a nice branch
I like coming here even though the shop is smaller than the one in Brunntall ... But everything goes much faster. Top keep it up
You may think that every IKEA is somewhat the same, but they're NOT. This one is just plain awful. Crammed, outdated, stuffy and chaotic throughout the store. Super uncomfortable shopping experience.
Cool
I was pleasantly surprised by the implementation of the Corona measures. It was the last day of opening before Christmas, but the house was not overcrowded and most of the time you could keep the distance (except in the cases when others did not keep to it, as usual ...). The shopping trolleys are disinfected after each customer. Picking up the goods was a bit strange, you weren't allowed to go in that wasn't signposted anywhere, instead an employee ran around trying to prevent people from going in and recorded the orders to be issued ... But it was still kind of quick.
Although nothing was going on, you had to walk along the waiting line, which meanders four times across the entire parking lot ... there was no shortcut for disabled people, as there was no staff outside. When you complained, you were told that there was a long queue 20 minutes ago and you couldn't take a shortcut (morning around 11:00) even when leaving shortly after 12 I didn't see a line ...
Good
We are always pleasantly surprised by the good and extensive range. We almost always find what we need. Price performance ratio absolutely okay. The quality of many things has improved over time. The logistics are perfect.
Super
The Corona queue outside even has decency to the side to itself. Return was very effective. At the entrances watchers against idiots. Fine!
When you go to buy one thing, you end up buying a whole lot. Best for home needs !
The store is spacious and they change their showcase rooms every once in a while. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available, the restaurant area is kept clean (currently closed). They usually have good stock of everything, at least I personally never had any issues with getting the furniture I wanted.
Great place. And people also gave good advice
Decent selection, avoid delivery options if you could since the external operators could be rude at times 😕
Huge selection, prices ok, but I was only looking for a small shelf. Many customers in the house for one working day. Sufficient parking spaces available.
Due to current restrictions, the parking lot in front of the entrance was surrounded by a cordon. I lined up for 1 hour before I got in. I was told inside that what I wanted to buy was sold out. Order online.
Never go shopping there in Saturday......
The current reviews are pretty accurate. In all areas. I also had to really swallow because of the measures. That makes me lose my appetite. In the restaurant you also get a plastic cap over your food, reminiscent of the hospital. Good Appetite!
A run of the mill IKEA, there were some issues regarding the planning and delivery of our kitchen. Some door panels took months to arrive, there were some issues with installation of the kitchen through Ikea's team. The customer service phone is abysmal. You cannot reach them, when you do they are mostly unable to give qualified help. If everything works out in the first try I imagine it is fine, but if you need to reorder or replace an item the phone service is horrible.
The best thing is actually to watch how people try to stow the shopping in the vehicle.
So, unfortunately I have to correct the rating. A piece of furniture from the standard range was not in stock several times in a row. That's annoying for all the effort you have to put in to get there, maneuvering your way through a brimming shop and then finally finding on the shelf that the object of desire is sold out. One could well assume that there are empirical values here when a particularly large number of goods are over the counter. That was better here. I will rather avoid this Ikea branch in the future. Update: The impression is confirmed again and again. Can't Ikea adapt its goods management to demand?
I tried for four days to cancel my order, however the 'Storniern' option was unavailable. The shipment came anyway and was too large to return via DHL. Therefore, due to size and weight, I had to take a €50 taxi to return to the store, only to learn that the shipping wouldn't be refunded. In total, I spent €90 on a €190 desk that I will never have used. Please do not order from IKEA until the pandemic is over or they have their situation sorted. Pitiful customer service and treatment.
There were nothing new and interesting. Many things can be ordered only online, that is unfortunate. But cakes in cantina is very tasty as usual.
Great but a some more products than usually are unavailable
Click and collect entrance is not connected to the main building and neither the parking place so get ready to get wet.
It's a little difficult to pick up the goods, but once you learn how Ikea works, then it's great. A little advice before shopping, download the app and see what would suit you, write it down and you will save a lot of time..😉
just normal IKEA
Incompetent kitchen fitting partners. Useless customer service! Nobody will come back and help you, once the payment has been made. Please don't invest your time and money on these store. Better to opt some different store. They are just ruining the brand name.
Too big ... :)
All well and good with Corona. But when someone is exempt from wearing a cloth mask and is still not allowed in with a plastic visor and certificate, I find it very sad. Especially since it is nowhere to be found and it is only pointed out to you in front of the entrance. The security staff who graze between the parking lot line accepts it. Either everyone knows or none. You could have saved yourself the queue and should have gone to the competition.
Very well located. Standard IKEA quality.
Ikea is now a bit troublesome because of the epidemic situation. It is a bit troublesome to have a planned route. I wanted to eat meatballs, but the restaurant was not open. Only the outlet area was open to buy small things to eat, and it was not open for internal use. I walked around the outlet and placed a few chairs outside to enjoy it.
Very messy and terrible parking
Although Ikea seems to have global logistics problems at the moment the service staff is very friendly and supportive.
Mega
Just like any other idea. Well adapted for the COVID crisis, but the queues can get pretty long on Saturday afternoons.
Overall a standard IKEA experience disregarding the COVID situation. But 03 out of the 04 staff members that I asked for help, were lacking enthusiasm and seemed unprepared. It felt like I was annoying them just by asking for information.
Standard IKEA. Has what you might want and need. Large selection of products as per usual. Restaurant is pretty good
out of the last 5 order: - the table had a huge crack, had to return it (paid for delivery and no money given back) - ordered a Malm commode because there were MULTIPLE broken pieces (paid for delivery and no money given back) - ordered a Brimnes furniture set for TV (two separate articles, ordered separately): 1. TV commode: the biggest piece of the furniture was broken in two parts... (paid for delivery and they ask me to bring it back) 2. Ikea forgot a piece of the furniture so I can't finish it, and of course, I have to bring it back... - lastly, I ordered chairs and at least they don't seem to have a problem... so far Now let's speak about the customer service.. (will focus on the customer service during COVID-19 period) - During quarantine, I ordered 3 furniture, the Brimnes set (counts for 2) and the chairs. - I called the customer service yesterday (11.04.2020) to explain the problem (missing part + a part broken in two) - The first time I called, an agent answered and told me, she would call back in 30min with a solution. 35 mins later, she didn't call back so I call IKEA customer service, and they tell me their working hours is off and they ask me to call another. They do not care about what I have to say!! So I had to call another day because IKEA is king and not the client... - the best solution they had to offer, is for me to wait that the Quarantine period is over and that IKEA re-opens so that I can come and bring back the furniture. I find it hard to believe that no refund was offered on the delivery (80euro delivery!!), but what I find even harder to believe is that IKEA does not help its clients at all during the quarantine. I think they could at least: - offer the delivery money back, or - bring me a replacement for the missing and broken pieces - come and bring back the Brimnes set themselves. (I took the delivery option not only because of the current situation but also because I do not own a car) - train their customer service agents so that they at least don't lie to you because they don't want to deal with your problems
Always something new you can buy and spend your money on.
